- The development of a framework/model for planning and running intercultural professional development in eLearning.
Rationale:
From our initial eChina~UK pilot project, it has become apparent that British and Chinese colleagues have to develop a shared (that is, 'intercultural') understanding of pedagogy (teaching, learning, eTutoring etc.) if we are to be successful in collaboratively developing eLearning materials and in generating successful professional educational development in eLearning.

Higher education personnel in the UK and China.
